  1. After i get my golden visa, what kind of taxation will I face in Portugal? And after applying and gaining portuguese citizenship after 5 years, will i need to renounce my current citizenship ?I am from Kazakhstan

    1. If you become a Portuguese tax resident you can apply for the NHR regime which is one of the most competitive tax regimes in Portugal, but you only become a Portuguese tax resident if you want to live in the country regardless of having the golden visa. There is no need to renounce your nationality, you can have dual nationality.
